Mary Flaherty, Ph.D. is a Psychologist, Educator, Researcher, Inspiring Speaker and Yoga Teacher. For over three decades she has lectured in universities in Ireland, UK, USA, Australia and Japan, has given numerous workshops and public presentations and published in international journals. Her research on Yoga and male body image was featured in TIME magazine in 2016. Using the tools of Positive Psychology, Yoga, Meditation and an expert’s insight into the human mind, she has helped hundreds of students around the world to live with greater awareness, greater intention, greater positivity and greater health.
Martin Connolly B.Sc. (Hons Physio) APAM, has been a Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic Physiotherapist, Acupuncturist and Yoga Therapist for over twenty years. He has had a special interest in treating Yoga teachers and practitioners, and has integrated Yoga and meditation into his clinical work for much of that period. He has a designed and taught anatomy and physiology modules for Yoga teacher trainings, co-authored studies relevant to Yoga practice and presented workshops on applied anatomy for Yoga teachers since the 1990s.
