Mary Flaherty, Ph.D. is a Psychologist, Educator, Inspiring Speaker and Yoga Teacher. For over three decades she has lectured in universities in Ireland, UK, USA, Japan and Australia and has given numerous workshops and public presentations, sharing her enthusiasm and passion for living a better life.  Her research has focused on a broad range of psychological topics (such as deaf cognition, spatial awareness,neuroplasticity, body image issues). Using the tools of Positive Psychology, Yoga, Meditation and an expert’s insight into the human mind, she has helped hundreds of students around the world to live with greater awareness, greater intention, greater positivity and greater health.

Offering her unique combination of science-based insights and practical techniques in workshop and classroom settings and one-to-one sessions, Mary delights in spreading the word that we can all live a better life.
